Terms & Conditions — 777mma Platform Rules and Player Obligations
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 777mma platform, including all sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and payment services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read these terms carefully before registering an account or placing a wager.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. 777mma reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time using KYC documentation.
All accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank channels. Currency conversion fees are not applicable as all transactions are denominated in BDT from the point of deposit.

1. Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on 777mma. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 777mma reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after applicable verification. 18+
2.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 777mma. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777mma will close all associated accounts, void any bonus balances, and may withhold winnings generated through bonus funds pending investigation. 2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh address, mobile phone number, and National ID Card (NID) number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of bonus balances.
2.4 KYC Verification. 777mma operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document at any point after registration — including before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed satisfactorily.
2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. 777mma does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 777mma is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777mma accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All player accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777mma reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time, with changes communicated to affected players via the platform or by email.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no stated maximum deposit; however, individual payment provider limits may apply depending on your selected method. bKash and Nagad daily transaction limits set by those providers apply independently of 777mma's own policies. 3.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your 777mma wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance during standard Bangladesh banking hours. 777mma is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777mma account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of the 777mma compliance team. Withdrawals will be rejected where the destination account name does not match the verified account holder identity.
3.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 Bangladesh business days depending on the receiving institution. 777mma targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
3.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting the wagering threshold will result in the bonus balance being forfeited and only the remaining real-money balance being released for withdrawal. 3.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 777mma operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name. Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another person.
4. Bonus & Promotional Terms
4.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 777mma are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds issued by 777mma carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place total wagers of ৳30,000 on eligible games before any funds derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Deposits made to claim a bonus are not locked — only the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are subject to the wagering requirement.
4.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements may only be satisfied by playing specific game types. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, slots contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 100% where the minimum odds per selection are at least 1.50 (decimal) and the bet is settled as a win or loss (void bets and cashed-out bets do not contribute). Instant games and crash games contribute 50% unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
4.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses issued by 777mma expire 7 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. If the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
4.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Winnings generated from a bonus may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies, it will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default maximum withdrawal from a single bonus is ৳20,000.
4.6 Prohibited Bonus Abuse. 777mma reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using promotional funds to place low-risk or mathematically near-certain wagers to extract value without genuine play risk; coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional structures; or any other conduct that 777mma reasonably considers to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system rather than engage with the platform in good faith.
4.7 Seasonal & Event Promotions. 777mma may issue special promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting and cultural events, including BPL cricket windows, IPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16) and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions will carry their own specific terms and will be available on the Promotions page during the relevant window. Event-specific promotions do not alter these general bonus terms unless explicitly stated.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets placed on 777mma are subject to acceptance by the platform at its sole discretion. 777mma reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed on events where the outcome may already be known, where suspicious betting patterns are identified, or where technical errors affect the displayed odds.
5.2 Odds and Market Availability. Odds displayed on the 777mma sportsbook are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager. Market availability — including in-play (live) betting markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), rugby, football, kabaddi, and other sports — is subject to change based on event scheduling, data feed availability, and 777mma's operational decisions.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 777mma in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not rescheduled within 36 hours; the market is suspended due to a data feed error; odds were published in error (a manifest error); or the bet was placed after the relevant event had already commenced (late bet). Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance as a stake refund.
5.4 Casino and RNG Games. All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on 777mma are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. 5.5 Live Dealer Games. 5.6 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes, bet settlement, displayed odds, or account balances, 777mma reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to the pre-error state. No player shall be entitled to winnings derived from a manifest technical error, regardless of whether they were aware of the error at the time of play.
5.7 Responsible Gaming Limits. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from the Account Settings → Responsible Gaming panel. Limits set by players will be applied immediately when they reduce existing limits. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use 777mma solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that is prohibited by the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
6.2 No Automated Systems. You must not use bots, scripts, software, automated tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the 777mma platform in a way that is not the result of direct human action. Use of automated betting systems, screen scraping tools, or data harvesting software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
6.3 No Collusion or Match Fixing. Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event, and placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing or insider information, are strictly prohibited. 777mma cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies and reserves the right to report suspected match-fixing activity to the appropriate authorities.
6.4 Account Sharing. Your 777mma account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, whether for gambling purposes or any other reason. Account sharing is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
6.5 Content Standards. Where 777mma provides any communication channel (including support chat or email), you agree not to transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. 777mma reserves the right to restrict communication access for players who breach these content standards.
6.6 Intellectual Property. All content on the 777mma platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, game interfaces, page layouts, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 777mma or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from 777mma.
6.7 Chargebacks. Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer for funds that have already been deposited into your 777mma account and used for gameplay is a breach of these terms. 777mma will dispute all unjustified chargebacks and reserves the right to close the associated account and pursue recovery of funds by any available means.
6.8 Player Responsibility. You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on 777mma. It is your responsibility to manage your gambling within your personal financial means. 777mma is not liable for gambling losses incurred as a result of your own decisions.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player. You may request to close your 777mma account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 777mma will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.2 Suspension by 777mma. 777mma reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or if your account activity triggers fraud, AML, or responsible gaming review processes. During a suspension, withdrawals and deposits will be temporarily unavailable. 777mma will contact you at your registered email address with the reason for suspension within 48 hours.
7.3 Closure by 777mma. 777mma may permanently close your account in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions; confirmed bonus abuse; confirmed identity fraud or provision of false KYC documents; confirmed use of automated betting tools; confirmed multi-accounting; confirmed involvement in match-fixing or insider betting; or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following formal request. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or breach, any bonus balances will be voided and winnings generated through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
7.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from 777mma for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed as the highest priority in the support queue. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, the account will be closed and the player's registration details will be flagged to prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. 7.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777mma reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. Where the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability. 777mma makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 777mma does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 777mma will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the platform's notification system where reasonably practicable.
8.2 No Liability for Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777mma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of account access, or loss of opportunity. Your use of 777mma is entirely at your own risk.
8.3 Third-Party Game Providers. 777mma acts as a distributor of games supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. 777mma is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect game outcomes that originate within a third-party provider's game engine. 8.4 Payment Provider Delays. 777mma is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal receipt that are caused by the payment provider's own systems, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank processing channel. Once 777mma has confirmed dispatch of a withdrawal to the designated payment provider, responsibility for the final delivery of funds passes to that provider.
8.5 Force Majeure. 777mma shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, nor liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations, where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications network failures, power outages, government actions, civil unrest, or any other Force Majeure event. During a Force Majeure event, 777mma's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
8.6 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 777mma and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
8.7 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 777mma's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 777mma support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access 777mma voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.
8.8 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy accessible on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777mma with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
